The BUYER or addressee has 7 days (with notification to the vendor toyscolor.com ) from the date of delivery to return unsuitable goods to thevendor and to request either their exchange against another article or articles, or to be reimbursed.
Within this 7 days period, the BUYER may either exchange the article or to be reimbursed, and the addressee may either exchange the article or request that the BUYER be reimbursed.
Cost concerning the return of the goods are sender's responsability. Only the cost of the goods will be reimbursed.
Note that we are unable to accept :
- Any articles which are returned incomplete, damaged, or dirtied by the custemer, or which are not returned complete with their labels and their original packaging.
- Any package which has no information identifying the sender (order number, name, forename and adress). Please use the 'RETURNED PAPER' and send the package to the following address : XXX adresse complete -FRANCE
The reimbursement will be executed by direct transfer to the BUYER's bank account .
